Hi everyone!

This is actually an outfit from last Sunday (hence the lack of snow). Hard to believe the weather last weekend was so compleeeetely different than what it is now! Last Sunday in Somerset was one of those glorious winter days where it’s really crisp and cold but bright and sunny.

Now these boots. What do you think of them? They're sort of a riding boot style - slightly over the knee, chocolate brown leather, with buckle, tassel and stitch details.

I've had them for years and I've only worn them about 3 times... naughty me. They cost me A LOT of money, most expensive shoes I've ever bought which makes it worse! I was on my gap year at the time i bought them and working full time, I think i must have just received my first pay slip and went a bit wild. 

However, things have changed now I'm a student! In a bid to be more economical, I'm trying to use more of my wardrobe that may have been forgotten about. But I can't decide if I love them or not, or if i should just sell them...?! Help!

Mike and I went to the coast that day; we spend so much time at the beach we both love it :) I was just a tiny weeny (ahem..) bit hungover, I had met my friends the night before for wine and some nibbles and a catch up, and ended up drinking far more than I intended! A nice, refreshing, blustery stroll on the beach was just what I needed to clear my fuzzy head, followed by a seriously good carvery at a lovely pub which overlooks the sea – bliss :)
